Our Champion of Change Campaign was brought about by our customers' belief and excitement in our cause. Business partners and clients wanted ways to identify themselves and their organizations as participating in our social welfare campaigns, and wanted collateral to hand out at networking and casual, personal interactions with their associates.
From this feedback, I proposed the Champions of Change program, whereby customers could serve as brand ambassadors, but rather than serve as paid employees, they'd help develop our customer base sheerly out of a desire to help their community.
The results were an increase in sales as well as number of customers, as the program allowed us access to business and personal circles we wouldn't otherwise have had the opportunity to connect with. Check out the collateral below, as well as how this program was displayed on our website:
